The Artist's Journey. Which way is it now?

Thursday 22nd February. 10am – 4pm,  Pennine Lecture Theatre, Sheffield Hallam University + 4 – 6.30pm, Yorkshire Artspace.

Being an artist can take you to places you never thought were possible, but the paths are unclear and the maps complicated. Come on a trip that treads the routes that artists take, goes back to places we have all been before, and shares the picnics along the way to help us plan the next excursions.

The day will open with a talk by Tim Etchells and will end with a performance lecture by Chris Dobrowolski it will feature contributions and discussions ranging from early career to established artists with local, regional, national and international recognition.

Artists include Smizz, Emilie TaylorRachel DoddAshley HolmesPaula McCloskey,  Mark RiddingtonLesley GuyLea Torp Nielsen and Sian Williams

This will be followed by drinks, snacks and music, to continue conversations at Yorkshire Artspace.
