Creative Europe are looking to support cooperation projects related to the European Year for Cultural Heritage 2018.
The call supports transnational cooperation projects linked to specific objectives of the Year. It is an invitation to cultural organisations across the EU to get involved in the Year's activities to reinforce a sense of belonging to a common European space and to promote cultural heritage as a source of inspiration for contemporary artistic creation.
Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, Tibor Navracsics said:
"We are taking another step to making the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 a reality (…) We are looking for projects that will highlight the European dimension of our rich cultural heritage in all its forms. As President Juncker said in his State of the Union Address, we must celebrate cultural diversity in 2018."
€5 million will be available for heritage projects.
