Job opportunity: Administrative Officer (1 year temporary contract) Deadline 12/12/18

Turner Contemporary is looking for a highly motivated and efficient individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to join the team. 

Following seven successful years of operation, this is an exciting moment to join the organisation and play a critical role in supporting the development of Turner Contemporary.

You will oversee the day to day running and management of the office, ensuring IT and other office systems are fit for purpose. You will also support recruitment and induction. You will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment and will need to feel confident about dealing with a range of people, internally and externally. You will understand the importance of confidentiality when dealing with HR issues. You will be bright, enthusiastic and professional, with a proactive approach and a passion for the work of Turner Contemporary. The ability to take the initiative and work under pressure is essential.

A certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours is required to attend events and private views.
