Turning Point North East is planning a series of workshops that will explore opportunities for commissioning and cross collaboration in the visual arts sector, across the North East. To help us document and learn from this programme, we looking to recruit an experienced consultant for 12 days work, for a fee of £3,000 inc. VAT.

Turning Point North East is a consortium of artists, arts professionals and arts organisations in the North East region dedicated to working together to find new ways to strengthen the visual arts and to support the arts more broadly.

This pilot scheme will generate regional workshops which bring together individuals and organisations to discuss and consider proposals for enhanced knowledge sharing, potential commissioning collaborations and sharing of resources. The Freelance Consultant will collate recommendations for practice in the future via a final report.
